Meet Dan Munro
Integrity & Confidence Coach.
Game Changer.
Sometimes we need a mountain guide to get from base camp to our summit…
In July 2024, I was close to completing my memoir about the experience of living with Bipolar Type II for 30 years. I had drafted the final chapter, and accepted the widely-held belief that I would need to manage a treatable but chronic and incurable mental illness for the rest of my life.
That month, I was introduced to Integrity Coach Dan Munro – a connection that would radically change the ending of my book and the course of my life. During an intensive period of self-development, with a focus on honest communication, personal boundaries and respect, I exposed and extracted the cause of my illness, and walked away with robust mental health.
If you want to align your life and values, grow in confidence, and quiet the noise in your head, Dan offers practical guidance grounded in Stoic philosophy. I wasn’t his first success story, and I won’t be the last.
FAQs
What is Bipolar Disorder Type II?
Bipolar is a mental illness marked by extreme changes in mood, thought, energy, and behaviour. The Black Dog Institute, BPHope, and the International Bipolar Foundation are helpful sources of information and support.
How can you be sure that you’re cured?
It feels as clear cut as complete recovery from a physical break: if I was in a wheelchair, now I can run. The process of learning (and unlearning) under Dan’s guidance effectively “rewired” my brain, and I live without fear of recurrence.
What did integrity coaching involve?
I’ve shared my experience in my book The Integrity Cure, as well as online. In 2024, Dan Munro established an Integrity Army community on Skool, and I shared my experience of an intensive, self-prescribed mental health bootcamp in a series of blog posts. Everyone’s experience of coaching will be different, but you’re welcome to visit my Skool profile and read my posts.
How much does integrity coaching cost?
People benefit from Dan’s coaching in many ways, and he offers support for all budgets. As well as individual and group coaching, he has books and online courses, and shares a lot of content for free. It cost me very little financially, but it requires serious commitment and courage, and I invested considerable time and effort.
